Data Retention & Deletion Notice
These are the default pilot periods. A legal obligation, active dispute, security investigation or valid business need may require a different period.

7 years after case closure, or longer where applicable PRC accounting, tax or dispute rules require
7 years, or longer where applicable accounting, tax law or an unresolved dispute requires
12 months unless needed for investigation or dispute
24 months after last contact, with the related outreach audit
Minimum information retained while needed to prevent further contact
Deletion targeted through normal provider cycles within 90 days where technically available
Deletion process
Send a request to liufg8@gmail.com. We will verify the requester where necessary, identify active records, service-provider copies and legal holds, and provide a written outcome. Where deletion is approved, active copies are targeted for deletion within 30 days and provider backups within 90 days where technically available.
We may retain a minimal record where required for contracts, accounting, legal claims, security, fraud prevention, or to honour a do-not-contact request.
How the pilot applies these periods
During the first five-account pilot, retention review and deletion are controlled through a documented human review rather than an automated expiry claim. The operator records the review date, decision, records affected and reviewer. Automated retention controls may be introduced later without shortening non-excludable rights.
